Customer Service and Inventory Executive

Up-fuse is looking for a Customer Service and Inventory Executive to join our growing business.

1.You will be responsible for our local & International customer service, by helping customers with complaints and questions, giving customers information about products and services through all our social media accounts.

2.Also, you will be  taking orders, and process it via our national Courier service.

3.You will be responsible for sending orders, receiving repairs, and finalizing refunds

4.You will be responsible for adding our inventory and sending it to our website team.

5.You will be responsible for storing, barcoding our stock in our warehouse in our three different categories ( bags, footwear or clothes).
