Job Description
- Review contract details regarding quality, shipping period, origin, documents, discharge rates, insurance…. etc
- Follow Signing of contracts with trading dept. and Sellers.
- Follow loading of the vessels with Sellers, send documents instructions and follow with appointed agents, review shipping documents.
- Coordinate with Financing banks and Sellers presentation of documents, payments, receipt of documents…etc
- Ensure with the accounting department that accounts payable are settled on time
- Prepare laytime calculations
Job Requirements
- University degree preferable in Logistics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced skills in MS office
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- At least a minimum of 2-4 years of Business experience
- Mature personality with a high level of assertiveness
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and under stress
- Target and result-driven
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Open-minded and charismatic
