Responsibilities: 

  • Overall responsibility for service sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the quotation process from initial contact to Project Fulfillment handover. Technical issue resolution for internal/external customers.
  • Providing technical and pricing support to the sales team and direct to customers through quotation and correspondence for Equipment, Service, Contracting & Controls channels.
  • Ensure all incoming enquires are qualified, assessed, prioritized and scheduled, customer dates are achieved, and Customer/SE is updated on any changes or alternatives to their expectations
  • Ensure all solutions and services are selected & quoted to an optimum and competitive standard
  • Add value wherever possible, discussing alternatives and upselling with customers and sales engineers
  • Ensure close communication/liaison with sales engineers on all quotations
  • Ensure all incoming orders are technically validated and handed over to project team in an acceptable timescale
  • Ensure pricing and margins are in full compliance with required authorizations
  • Customer & order acquisition for service products
  • Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.
  • Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level.
  • Report according to company rules.
  • Using software/programs which are obligatory in the company
  • Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable
  • Present the proposal to the customer.
  • Follow up with buying influences.
  • Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customer
  • Actively participate in teamwork for projects/jobs defined by Acquisition Leader
  • Keep customer database updated
  • Implement Pan European and local Service Business programs
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focusing on service customer acquisition and development

Job Requirements

  • FEMALE
  • English Language is a MUST
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Multinational working experience is of an added value.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Oracle is preferable.
