The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

 

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Manager (retail)
  • Planning, implementing and supervising social media, SEO, PPC, link-building, content marketing, and e-mail marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for the company. As such, must stay current with the online/digital marketing environment and adapt sales strategy to best serve the interests of the organization
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and a/b testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategy to improve website performance
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
  • Analyze various data to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
  • Marketing Automation: Build customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions. while focused on ensuring the marketing segmentation and triggered communications are on-brand and on-message.
  • Plan and deliver overall trading strategy for the e-commerce site,
  • Manage e-commerce dashboards and reporting metrics
  • Develop new business strategies, tactical plans, and detailed business cases for new business development to rationalize resource investments
  • Responsible for delivering the underlying profitability through developing knowledge of key cost drivers from the P&L
  • Analyze web metrics and make recommendations to improve website performance including new ways to drive website traffic and revenue opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics)
