Job Description
- Handling import documents and procedures (shipping documents, Customs clearance,…)
- Following the daily and monthly bookkeeping (collecting invoices, preparing payments, verifying documentation, …)
- Dealing with banks regarding the import process
- Proper recording of transactions
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
- Making financial reports
- Proper inventory management

- Good English level

- The ability to work outdoor with banks
