Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- .Adjusting the Operations Policy, restructure and cycle in order to cope with the
expansion. - Assessing sales’ team structure along with management team
- Coordinate with the contracts department in the areas of contracts handling including reservation, contracting and cancelation leading to having a structured workflow and proper bookkeeping.
- Establishing and managing a “brokers’ support department” which is a
subsidiary operational department linking brokerages and finance team. - Creating periodic reports to various operational departments ensuring detailed KPI
monitoring of sales and overall performance. - Performance Metrics:
- Achieving set KPIs for lead generation and sales team productivity.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and successful project delivery timelines.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and operation team to design strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with finance and administration teams for budgeting and cost management.
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in operations management, in Real Estate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in generating leads and managing sales teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and collaborate with different teams for operational success.
