Job Description
- Follow up the department’s daily work progress.
- Apply the company’s strategies and cascade it to department’s/individual tasks.
- Ensure the modification design process aligned with the site progress.
- Work on finding out new ideas for design modification to clients.
- Manage and follow up the department’s team members performance.
- Set up the department’s long-term and short-term plans to assure maximum efficiency.
- Handle the VIP clients and the clients with specific problems or complicated design issues.
- Assess and improve the process and policies of modifications system.
- Overview the architectural details of the unit’s original design to set notes with design department.
- Provide financial and technical reports to the top management.
Job Requirements
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree. Fine Arts – Applicable Arts (Interior design) – Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the same Field with minimum 5 years in extensive management experience.
