Job Description

  • Planning and developing the annual commercial marketing plan and distributing the budget for commercial marketing with the marketing manager for each month.
  • Monitor the implementation of specific marketing plans for commercial marketing across all different sales channels.
  • Contracting customers in different sectors for marketing activities for annual contracts across all sectors.
  • Develop an annual plan for marketing campaigns that include location, timing, and budget.
  • Prepare, develop, implement, and follow up on the marketing supervision plan on sales channels.
  • Monitor the prices of poultry in the Egyptian market of the company and competitors and report to the marketing manager.
  • Monitor competitors' poultry offers and reports to the marketing manager.
  • Coordinate and manage the production process of all promo packages across different departments to ensure the availability of products on time.
  • Ensure that printed advertising materials are distributed through various sales channels.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and annual follow-up on sales performance to achieve the sales goal.
  • Regular visits in the markets at the level of all different sales sectors.
  • Work the studies required to develop products and studies for new products based on the demands and requirements of the consumer.
  • Preparing regular marketing studies to measure consumer behavior and purchasing habits.
  • Prepare studies to measure the success of marketing activities.
  • Preparing a training and development plan for the development of the efficiency of workers under his technical and administrative leadership in coordination with the direct manager and human resources.
  • Preparing an evaluation of the performance of subordinate staff working in the department in coordination with the Direct manager and human resources.

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role preferred Sales background.
  • Negotiation skills required to drive company objectives
  • Strong knowledge of consumer industry
  • Team management
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Very Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel Skills, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook Skills Advanced.
