Aligned with that goal, we are seeking a Business Development Specialist. Job Description:

  • Creates and completes bids/estimates/quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget in order to achieve market competitiveness.
  • Qualify and handle leads referred from other departments
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of the contract process
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities through visiting clients, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person and closing business deals.
  • Actively seek out new partnership opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up face to face meetings with potential clients/partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Support the Business Development teams to close projects and achieve targets by getting approvals from clients and consultants on those projects.
  • Follow clients, design offices, and make sure of their full satisfaction from presales to aftersales stages.
  • Market analysis & Client Segmentation.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

 

Job Requirements

Business Development Specialist Representative should be able to work with and through people. The incumbent should have the drive to achieve results through a logical and systematic approach. 

The job environment requires actively influencing and motivating a variety of people in changing situations. The person fulfilling the role should have strong influencing skills as selling a product or a concept must be accomplished by gaining willing acceptance. 

The job could include specialist/technical skills and the incumbent should enjoy challenging situations and could work within the broad parameters of the organization

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong experience in the contracting field
  • Have a car is a must
  • Must have a strong understanding of how the business runs  (Business mindset) with execution skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Customer-oriented, very Well-organized, and very detailed oriented.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any suitable field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, Flexible, good appearance, and super active.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Must have a strong understanding of how to deal with the corporate businesses
