Job Description
- Responsible for the identification, prioritization and execution of corrective actions to address issues which impact manufacturing process on a daily basis.
- Develop policies and procedures to assure and improve the quality of the products.
- Devise new processes, or refining existing ones, to optimize the manufacturing process.
- Planning, execution and documentation of process trials in production related plant sections.
- Devise process controls and test methods to assess the production process.
- Providing training materials for in-house courses, designing and executing training and development programs for the workforce based on the organization’s and the individuals’ needs.
- Work with the production & maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of all production issues.
- Take a lead role in structured troubleshooting issues and identifying activities which improve efficiency using engineering data analysis tools.
- Ensure adherence to all Quality system and Company Safety System requirements.
- Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collect and interpret data from other technical and operating staff involved.
- Ensure quality of process, product and material specifications.
- Ensure GMPs and system safety and promote compliance.
- Engage and participate on the delivery of the productions KPI’s.
- Continuously improve the production process cycle.
- Prepare production process reports where required to allow analysis, enhancement of the process flow and increase of efficiencies.
- Supports management in providing direction on technology development and application within the manufacturing process.
Job Requirements
- Background: Plastics BOPLA films.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same filed.
- Good command over English.
- Business understanding of operations and their impacts essential.
- Flexibility essential.
- Strong communication skills internally and externally.
- Self starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
