Job Description

  • Responsible for all corporate legal affairs Organizing the authorities, licenses, permits and other official entities procedures)
  • Introduce legal advice to different departments (Financial, sales and Technical)
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all type of contracts in (Arabic & English)
  • Cooperate with the top management to legally enhance the group policies and regulations.
  • To ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country.
  • Dealing with : Labor issues - Social security issues - Work injuries and compensation issues - Drafting & reviewing contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 20 years experience in a similar role
  • Labor law experience is a must
  • Strong drafting skills (i.e. comfortable drafting legal documents in both English & Arabic).
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Fluent in English (Written & spoken).
