Job Description
- -Contribute to manage the factory to achieve the targets, Customer’s satisfaction and Employer’s satisfaction and profitability, ensuring the predefined results on time, within budget and with expected level of quality.
- Oversee workers, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
- Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
- Allocate the required optimal manpower for each operation ultimately meeting customers’ requirements.
- Plans production schedules, changeovers, shift requirements and flexibility in the factory.
- Ensure consistent and detailed level of communication with team wide members through daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
- Report to higher levels about the factory's optimum performance, assets utilization, managed budget, increased productivity and delivered competitive cost.
- Continuously improve the productivity of manufacturing resources through daily monitoring of the resources performance and losses reasons.
- Set and monitor product standards. Examine samples. Ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
