Job Description

  • Handling Queries Of Customer Problems over the phone.
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.

       Working Conditions

  • Online Training and Interviews.
  • Work from home but not forever.
  • Location: 6th of October.
  • Rotational working hours ( 9 working hours including 1 hour Break).
  • Rotational 2 Days off per week.
  • Additional Benefits (Social Insurance –  Medical Insurance Coverage – Transportation)
  • Professional training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Graduates only are welcomed to apply.
  • Fluent/Excellent English Speakers is a must.
  • Maximum age is 30.
  • Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
  • Males & Females Can Apply.
  • Military Status: Completed or Exempted for Males
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately.
  • Ready to start immediately.
