Job Description
- Develop an annual appointment plan and maintain its implementation on schedule and with standard quality
- Ensuring the implementation of the procedures for selection, appointment and definition in the correct and prescribed ways
- Ensure that salaries and benefits are paid on time and by the prescribed means
- Correct application of the company's labor policies
- Ensure that evaluations are conducted for each employee every 6 months or as per company management policy,
- Managing the insurance and tax system for employees and government relations
- Follow up on solving internal and external labor problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - a diploma in human resources is preferred
- 5-10 years Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- ERP Knowledge (Not Must)
