Job Description

  • Sales Administration and planning Specialist should handle correspondence and organise sales transactions on system, provide necessary information about stocks and finally ensure delivery of sold goods to customers on time and with highest accuracy.
  • Upload already executed manual sales orders on system with highest accuracy.
  • Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Follow up internal documents fulfilment, and other documents related with other organisation depts. 
  • Responsible of issuing on system purchase requests and purchase orders for suppliers’ goods. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business of any equivalent field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience .
  • Experience in using Oracle System is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel skills in preferred 
  • Good command of English.
