Job Description

  • Managing Salary Scare - Grading System - Compensation ratio
  • Leading all the Payroll operations & Activities.
  • Calculate the monthly salary, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
  • Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data and update all databases.
  • Prepare and update employment records related to New hiring.
  • Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations.
  • Issuing Banks cards
  • Finalize all Financial closing reports
  • Responsible for keeping all company employee information confidential.
  • Monitoring internal Total rewards systems and databases
  • Prepare Annual labor cost budgets, develops, and implements new HR policies, and maintains the company’s HR systems.
  • Efficiently scale our HR team and Process in a way that leverages self-service, automation, and technology. Quantify and manage to a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage and oversee organization framework and employee data.
  • Maintain knowledge of current, local employment laws, best practices, and ensure company policies are legally compliant.
  • Issuing HR Letters for all Employees
  • Prepare fellow up reports by cost of all sectors
  • Responsible for preparing monthly tax report and annual conciliation
  • Prepare monthly report of social insurance entitlements

Job Requirements

  • HR certificate is a preferred.
  • 5 years experience.
  • System User & Advanced Excel User
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountant or Business Administration or related Field.
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate activities
  • Fluent in English
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
