Job Description
- You will be responsible for implementing ERP solutions for our customers including requirement analysis, solution design, training, configuration, support and project management.
- Gather Analyze company needs and business processes in order to map them properly with ERPNext
- Investigate work flows and improve the ways the system handles it
- Provide customers with the best solutions to their problems
- Implement ERPNext based on requirements gathered Follow with ERPNext team, to ensure all implementation side or developments from their site are done properly.
- Data migration and implementation of ERPNext Document all settings during the implementation process to ensure ability of any successor/team to easily follow.
- Prepare training videos and docs to empower users on how to use the system, and admins to understand how the system was set up.
- Follow and check the development part Help with the configuration of the software.
- Extensively test the system before any implementation step to ensure 100% First Time Right.
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- BSc. Degree in accounting, economy, or business administration.
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
- Previous experience in ERP implementation
- Quick and autonomous learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Affinity with the IT world
- Read and written English
