Job Description

  • Receives the needed papers from students for review to ensure that all papers and conditions are met.
  • Communicates with the students to complete the non-existent papers and follow them up to ensure that they are sent on time.
  • Receives all the original papers from the student upon his admission to the university and works on archiving all papers in accordance with the policies of the administration and the university.
  • Receives the petition requests from the students and collects them to send them to the president of the university for the necessary work.
  • Receives requests for various certificates from students and branches to be sent to the concerned government agencies for approval.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good communication and planning skills.
  • Good command of Arabic & English languages.
  • Good usage of computer.
