Job Brief:

  • You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • This role is primarily focused on digital performance marketing.
  • Performance marketers work on achieving product-related KPIs through optimizing various stages of the conversion funnel, such as reach,impressions, installs, activity and retention, you should be highly analytical and very comfortable with numbers and co-hort analysis. Facebook and Google’s advertising platform should be second nature to you, with a proven track-record of planning and executing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including organic and paid marketing
  • Execute campaigns on Facebook and Google’s advertising platforms
  • Conduct keyword analysis and mapping
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Set and manage campaign expenses, maintaining budget throughout campaign lifetime, estimating monthly costs
  • Optimize ads and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought, leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in digital/ performance marketing
  • Solid understanding of conversion funnels, and cost per action marketing
  • Expert knowledge in Facebook and Google advertising platforms
  • Expertise in conversion funnel optimization
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agency Experience is a plus
