Job Description
- Monitoring and evaluation initiatives
- Stakeholder analysis
- Develop the theory of change and the logical results framework
- Develop indicators and define baselines and targets
- Develop M&E work plan (M&E frameworks)
- Collect and analyze indicators data and write monitoring and evaluation reports
- Building capacity of organizations and raising awareness
- Contributing to building follow-up and evaluation units in organizations and building staff capacity
- Contributing to the design of awareness-raising and training workshops
- Contributing to writing articles and introductory pamphlets issued by the center
- Contributing to the development of content for periodicals and social networking sites
- Assisting in the operational activities of the Center.
- Assist in the design and implementation of the Centre's various initiatives.
- Assist in any other tasks required by the center.
Job Requirements
- A scientific degree in the humanities such as economics, sociology, business administration or any relevant discipline - for the position of a follow-up and evaluation specialist
- For holders of a master’s degree (3 years experience required)
- For holders of a bachelor’s degree (5 years experience required)
