Job Description
- Analyzes and Reviews business process, Gaps, participates in designing and implementing business cycles and workflows.
- Build custom accounts, forms, and databases for industries (EN / AR).
- Receive and reply to users’ custom requests (Email, Online sessions, Phone Calls)
- Responsible to troubleshoot and identify customer issues with the software
- Build custom template designs using (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Turn user’s requests into new system stories and communicate it to the software developers, business analysts.
- Create documentation (Support/Training) as required.
- Provide training on software as required.
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in ERP, Finance industries is preferable
- Very good command of Microsoft Office Application
- Good command with photoshop is a plus
- Very good command of English (Written & Spoken)
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with developing GAP analyses between business processes and Software Applications
- Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong Analytical Skills.
