Job Description

  • Creating, updating and enhancing all business, marketing and technical documents to enrich all products with valuable documentation packages to add reliability and professionalism to all products as well as facilitating the usability of these products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in English Language
  • 1- 6 years of work experience in software documentation
  • Proficiency in use translation tools (e.g. Trados- Wordfast)
  • Proficiency in use modern methodologies and techniques (e.g. How-to- guides, mini guides, HTML files( Robohelp )
  • Ability to translate and localize products and interfaces as well as technical and business documents.
  • Ability to develop online documents , user manuals and HTML files( Robohelp )
  • Ability to use online Help files if needed
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and able to work flexibly in a highly dynamic environment.
  • English language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS ..etc) is preferable.
