Job Description
- Preparing bills of quantities and assist in preparing tenders and contract documents.
- Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
- Prepares cost estimates as required.
- Assist in estimation of direct costs for tenders.
- Assists in quantity take-off for tenders.
- Ensuring specification and drawings are reviewed and any unclear issues have been sorted out.
- Obtaining subcontractor, supplier/ vendor quotations in coordination with purchasing department.
- Allocating work to subcontractors.
- Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Reviewing subcontractors /suppliers/vendors quotations for placement of orders
- Ensuring specified quantities of approved materials are ordered on time
Job Requirements

- Excellent Computer literate

- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
