Job Description
We are a community based organization, helping Freelancers & Startups with some business services.
Your responsibilities include:
- A warm welcoming environment and outstanding customer service
- Creating a valuable long-term relationship with existing and new customers
- Maintaining the social media accounts
- Monitoring the operations staff and co-organizing the office
- Planning and hosting events
- Receiving contacts (calls, emails and messages) then handling them as required
- Resolve guests issues with professionalism and patience
Job Requirements
- Living in Nasr City or near it is a must (female preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media.
- Ability to handle English conversations, reading and writing.
- Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
- Any work experience in relative job is a plus.
