Job Description
- Thoroughly understand the vitality of the role of being the main connector between the client and Trukker
- The objective of the CRM team is to assist the Commercial team in achieving the business targets through maintaining tight relations with key personnel within individual accounts
- Meet weekly/monthly targets of expanding business volumes within existing accounts through regular phone calls and periodic visits
- Clearly understand individual accounts’ needs to be able to meet the client’s service quality expectations
- Receive job orders from the client and revise the order to make sure all necessary data is obtained and job orders are put into Trukker’s booking template
- Prepare customers’ Financial Proposals and make sure that proposed prices are in line with the client’s credit agreement and that it is approved by the line manager
- Coordinate job orders processing with relevant teams pre and post the orders’ execution such as Fleet, Operations, and Finance
- Follow-up the execution of the booking and keep the client updated with his shipment status every (4 hours) or whenever a major update occurs, also coordinate with the client for any delays that may occur during execution and keep him aware of any incurred fees
- Follow-up with the client on the receipt and revision of his invoices for further follow-up on the dues’ settlement within the agreed credit terms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- +2 year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking – Shipping lines)
- Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
- Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
- Good Command of English
- Professional manner, presentable, punctual and strong ethical code
