Job Description
- Determines project objectives and contributes to the development of a comprehensive project plan.
- Handles resource planning, milestone coordination and schedules tasks.
- Applies various project progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines and deliveries.
- Follows up on daily site work, and units’ deliveries.
- Performs related weekly & monthly reports.
- Maintains direct & ongoing relationship with Consultants & Contractors.
- Follows up on daily basis for new contracts assignment with the consultant & contractors.
- Coordinates and works with the project management team to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways with the available resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years' experience including hands-on experience in large scale projects.
- Previous experience in the same position is preferable.
- Project management knowledge is a must.
