Job Description
- Responsible for smooth kiln operation.
- Responsible of the production quantity & the optimum quality as per the production plan.
- Smooth & clear communicating with the shift supervisor in jobs follow up.
- Authorize to stop the section during uncontrolled abnormality in consent with shift supervisor.
- Authorize to optimize the product quantity.
- Responsible for corrective measure & control of pollution control equipment.
- Maintain quality parameters as set by department time to time.
- Monitor kiln shell temperature to avoid any untoward incident.
- Ensure Power consumption as per set benchmark by company.
- Supervise quality work of refractory during shutdown & maintenance.
- To generate work order in CCR for any equipment abnormal deviation.
Job Requirements
- General/Industrial High School or Industrial Diploma or relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 – 5 Years Of Experience.
