Responsibilities
- Manage the Operation teams to ensure:
- Prompt replies to requests received according to XX standards; all individual requests are acknowledged the same day and replied to within a maximum of 24 hours. All group requests are acknowledged the same day and replied to within a maximum of 36 hours.

- Work closely with Tourism Assistant Manager, Team Leaders and team members to support achievin
- g assigned targets and objectives of the Department.
- Maximize profit margins through renegotiations and yielding initiatives. Also manage effectively control over Department’s expenses by setting proper marketing & management strategies.
- Assist the team in pricing the Adhoc groups business.
- Manage work distribution effectively addressing overload of some team members versus others.
- Represent XX professionally with suppliers and customers
- Work closely with other XX Departments ensuring that common goals of the organization are achieved through proper teamwork.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality and promptness of paperwork of the department in accordance to the policies and procedures of XX
- Maintain a productive working relationship with all Suppliers in order to guarantee competitive rates and fast confirmations which will support materialization of business.
- Maintain good relationship with our B2B customers and partners and build on their loyalty to XX
- Investigates all client complaints and address them promptly and in accordance to XX Service Level Standards. XX related complaints within 24 hours supplier related complaints within maximum 4 working days.
- Conduct on going on the job training to all Department team members and escalate to HR where needed training needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address issues and listen to concerns.
- Initiate and manage the Online Business and maximize the outcomes efficiently.
- Initiate & Implement the Quality Control standards to ensure the proper implementation & materialization of the business and that the team performance is up to the required standards.
- Monitoring the team correspondence In/Out to ensure the accuracy and the well presentation of the company standards in the different business communication channels.
- Heading the Traffic & Transportation Department, and ensure the excellence of service and the quality of the teams deliverables & the customers expectatios.
