Job Description
- Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Digital Transformation Program, and develop new ones.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives.
- Create and manage long-term goals and strategies, while ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Track project costs in order to meet budget.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths, analyze risks, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation through developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps for the project.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- May be involved in the recruitment and training of new project management executives.
