Job Description
- Meets customers’ needs by delivering the offerings and prices
- Provide all the requirements of the surveillance cameras business while maintaining a modern and flexible business approach and after-sales service to meet the needs and objectives of our customers.
- Meeting Monthly Sales Target
- Preparing sales reports and deliver them to the direct supervisor.
- Follow up with clients.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Selling and promoting the company products to the clients.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Creating and updating a solid client database.
- Follow up with potential clients
- Contacting clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Experience in targeting the right market sector based on the company sales plan
- Required Skills: Good Marketing & Selling skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English languages.
- Presentable.
- Previous experience in telesales is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets and other online tools.
- Having a passion for modern technology
