Offshore technical support agent (UAE)
- Our growing call center industry is enlisted with various responsibilities and many departments; we need a call center agent who might work in a financial department or a technical department, might work on rotational basis or fixed basis, might handle Arabic calls or receive calls in an English queue.
We have many departments like :
- Mobile services. (Inbound)
- Landline services. (Inbound)
- Telesales. (Outbound)
- Corporate lines department. (Inbound)
The working circumstances as the following:
- Nine "9" hours shift, including one hour as a break.
- Five "5" working days, and two days off.
