Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
  • Create and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of targeted sales, profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Establishes sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales teams.
  • Provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Medical Service.
  • Support the sales growth by developing new leads, allocate medical Sales Reps. monthly, weekly, and daily targets to ensure achieving all targets on time.
  • The position leads the entire Sales process from pre-contract through post-signature phases, and closely collaborates with the sales team and internal departments to ensure staff are informed of new contracts,
  • Assure contractual arrangements meet financial targets and legal/regulatory compliance requirements.
  • There will be an emphasis on analyzing cost and utilization data
  • Review and analyze daily achievement report for Sales team to ensure achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets, follow up all opened invoices which didn't collect with different customers to ensure achieving collection targets on time.
  • Develop and maintain periodic, e.g., bi-weekly, reports on the status of all sales team, Ensure activating new customers (prospecting) moreover maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Sales/district leader Manager with previous experience in managing sales Reps in medical device company is a must .
  • Results-driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of (Medical/Healthcare Field / bio-medical ) is a must.
  • Previous experience working as a sales Manager
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to write and present reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.
