Job Description

  • Supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets
  • Motivate, coach & develop sales team
  • Help & support sales team to overcome job problems & obstacles
  • Report sales activities & competition activities to Sales manager
  • Direct sales to cover up in shifts & in crowded days
  • Make sure that the branch is organized, clean & welcoming
  • Make sure that all sales kits & documentations & printing material are available
  • Monitor sales activities & behaviors
  • Appraise & evaluate sales performance and attitude
  • Recommend disciplinary actions & incentives when needed
  • Authorized to sign reservations applications

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical sales skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry,
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community,
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and write reports,
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and with subordinates,
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills,
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
  • Active, accurate and result-oriented,
  • Positive Role model

Essential Qualifications:

  • University Graduate
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in sales profession
  • Experience with real estate.
  • English language is essential.
  • Computer User

Key Performance Indicators (Measurable KPI’s):

  • Achieve  Branch sales target 100%
  • Achieve hit rate targets : 10% Call to Visit & 10% visit to sale
  • Submit  monthly sales forecast & achieve 90% accuracy
  • Submit a monthly report analyzing statistics of sales with 100% accuracy
  • Submit an activity  report after every Ad to measure the Ad’s effectiveness
  • Customer satisfaction with a minimum of 90%
  • Maintain Client’s data base & update it on monthly basis
  • 100% Interdepartmental cooperation & collaboration
