Job Description

  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
  • Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
  •  Responsible about the work of the office boys and the cleaning of the office and be sure every day from the image of our company
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Managing some accounting tasks

Job Requirements

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced MS office user
  • Very good command of English
  • Have the ability to travel outside Egypt (Gulf Area)
  • Female is preferred
