Job Description
- Update the time frames monthly.
- Follow-up on the implementation of the tasks required for the project according to the professional & scientific standards, and implementation expertise.
- Using the Primavera program to create time frames, and cash flows for projects, and follow-up on their Implementation with various departments.
- Create targets for project-related sectors (Technical Department- Contracts Management - Supply Management - Implementation Department) While identifying obstacles affecting achievement.
- Create corrective work paths for projects in the case of late Implementation according to the time frame for the project.
- Create targets for projects (Businesses - Income) on all levels of time frames, throughout the lifespan of the project.
- Dealing professionally with the consultant and the owner to guarantee the company's rights in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement.
- Attend regular meetings and provide the required reports on time.
- Create time frames for projects and accreditation from our consultant.
- Study the contract documents efficiently and create the time & financial frames in coordination with the project manager while creating connections for the sake of the company.
- Create plans for cash flows in coordination with The project manager and administration of (accreditations - Contracts).
- Create, review and study of executive orders (financially & timely)
- Create reports ( Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) In coordination with the Technical Office.
- Follow-up on all departments to achieve the target of the program.
- Attend regular meetings with the client and consultant.
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience.
- Previous experience in the field of contracting.
- Strong Experience in project planning using Primavera.
- Ability to raise completion rates for low-performing projects.
- Work experience in contracting and administrative buildings companies.
- Ability to control the success factors of projects (Cost, Quality, and Time) throughout the project's lifespan.
- Familiarity with the work of the Technical Office (inventory, credentialing, extracts).
- Experience in the use of the PMP standards in Project Management.
- Previous experience with a Technical Office & Implementation.
- Experience in generating claims with their own memorandum.
- Proper health condition (absence of chronic diseases affecting work).
