Job Description
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Invent effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients (automobiles, fire, life, property, medical, etc)
- Discussing and assessing clients' current and future insurance needs in all insurance fields
- Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
- Issue and renewing or amending existing policies for clients
- Undertaking general administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Pervious experience as a Sales Representative 0:2, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent Selling, Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Prioritizing, Time Management and Organizational Skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent universities are preferred.
- Very Good Command in English language.
