Job Description
- Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims and clarifications regarding to the maintenance.
- Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing
- Train and work closely with department team , achieving company strategy.
- Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
- Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,
- Follow filing and archiving system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with grade at least good.
- Experience : 3 - 5 Years in after sale service
- Good knowledge in home appliances product
- Preferable to has previous experience in Home appliances sector, and worked in 10th of Ramadan
- Good ownership & Leadership skills.
- Ability to gain more knowledge & experience.
- Microsoft office.
- General knowledge of data base and ERP systems.
