Job Description

  • Executing B/L + Invoices + Receipts Delivery to customers 
  • Complete required periodical reports needed for B/ls Delivery to customers. 
  • Following up on receiving invoices from different stakeholders (Safina, TCI, Transmar, Power invoices, D&D) 
  • Printing Transmar/ Safina invoices & receipts on time for each voyage.
  • Following up on export customers outstanding and proactively communicating it with Sales & CS team through periodical reports. 
  • Support documentation team in finalizing BLs (If needed 
  • Proactively sending missing Draft confirmations for CS team for each voyage. 
  • Preparing Destination and origin ports free time reports for each voyage. 
  • Preparing Sales force orders periodical reports.
  • Customer service task completion. 
  • On Time B/L delivery for customer by courier 
  • On Time Invoice/Receipts printing and delivery

Job Requirements

  •    Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
