Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused on the company’s business development work expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Working to increase the company's investments by opening new business fields.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Make regular visits and meetings with clients and consultants to get the company and its brands gain top-of-mind awareness.
- Support the sales teams to close projects and achieve targets through getting approvals with clients and consultants on those projects.
- Follow clients and design offices and make sure of their full satisfaction from pre-sales to after sales stages.
- Create and present qualification folder for different business units and/or solutions.
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Develop good Clients relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electrical.
- Min. 5 - 10 years of experience in Construction Field preferable MEP background.
- Have existing excellent contacts with main clients and major Engineering consultants in Egypt.
- Good communication, interpersonal, influence and networking skills.
- Fluent in English.
