Job Description

  • Attracts potential customers by proving and answering service inquiries and suggesting information about other services.
  • Maintaining account information with details of inquiry to be directly submitted to immediate supervisor.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the situation, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 2 Years of Experience in the same position.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Male or Female.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with periodic reports writing.
  • The work will by via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media only.
  • Problem-solving skills.
