Job Description
- Assisting QA Manager in performing multiple analysis, design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of business processes, with the purpose of ensuring their alignment to business requirements in addition to improving quality & performance while reducing costs and streamlining operations across the spectrum of business operations throughout the enterprise as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Advises and provides expertise on issues relating to LOB Process documentation practices.
- Facilitates stakeholder consensus, management buy-in, solution implementation, and change-management and risk mitigation.
- Defines department training requirements resulting from process or system changes & designs training programs to fulfil those requirements, monitors & evaluates training delivery and verifies delivery results.
- Ensures that business processes are deployed and operated as approved by upper management.
- Ensures that performance measurement data is gathered, validated, distributed, and acted upon. Ensures the compliance of business operations to international quality standards & statutory requirements.
- Liaison with systems analysts and/or developers/ WFM to assist in the design and development of automated business systems
Job Requirements
- Graduate
- Fluency in English is a must. Written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills including business writing skills
- Good working knowledge of MS office
- Quality Tools & Quality Management Systems is a plus (ISO, COPC, TQM)
