Job Description
- Responsible for implementing Studio’s Revit standards, templates and Library development
- Assists in developing an action plan for Revit implementation strategy.
- Determining & setting up the basic items for Revit project.
- Follow the existing workflows through the Studio.
- Prepare working drawings or shop drawings based on the project’s design drawings inaccurate quality
- Reply to any requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Assists in coordinating the technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quantity survey of work packages.
- Review sub-contractor's shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in architecture engineering.
- Revit Mastery is a must
- Good user of AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
