Job Description
- Installation, Commissioning, and Startup of Industrial Water Treatment units
- Process adjustment
- Instrumentation troubleshooting and commissioning
- Hydraulic Testing
- Handling communication between the company, clients, and third parties
- Writing daily report
- Managing teams of workers during the commissioning phase
- Managing teams of welders during the installation phase
- Project Planning
- Aftersales services - identifying and resolving the root cause of process issues as well as instrumentation troubleshooting, audit visits and opening up new customers through Customer Services.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of chemistry
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics
- Strong understanding of centrifugal pumps
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings
- Ability to learn new concepts and apply them quickly and directly
- Ability to communicate fluently in English. Communicating in French is a plus
- Willingness to travel either locally in Egypt or abroad for international projects mainly in the MENA region
- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
- Ability to cope with shift work and unsocial hours, which are often required where equipment is in the 24-hour operation
