Job Description
- Ensure warehouse documentation is in line with procedures and plans set by management
- Issue purchase orders to procurement department using the assigned forms
- Setting and monitoring inventory limits for warehouse codes and items
- Ensuring the adherence to procedures rules and regulations of each warehouse according to type
- Ensure inventory items are not slow in movement or over duly stored – report on slow moving items and on long-stored items to management
- Responsible for keeping all warehouse documentation and follow-up on storage/warehousing activities
- Perform regular and perioding inventory and prepare reports to management, the CFO and QA manager
- Warehouse Manager is overall responsible for filing and keeping records and documentation of all QA in accordance with forms made for this matter.
- He is also responsible for all warehousing matters. His actions or lack of, is subject to controls and internal audits
Job Requirements
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- BA in relevant field
