Job Description
- Sales process, Inventory and Payment plan MAIN DUITES .
- Coordinating all related functions with developers (sending CILs, follow the feedback on the CIL, Arranging the orientations scheduling, Check the contract with the developers.
- Follow up on the company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
- Insert Clients’ data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Job Requirements
- Excellent In Excel IS A Must
- Have a knowledge in CRM Or ERP .
- Experience in Real estate is a must.
Work conditions:
- Working Hours: 8 Hours from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
- Location: 5th Settlement.
