Job Description
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, call centre software, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Setup, configure and implement surveillance cameras.
- Configure call centre software, provide reports and contact internet and hotline services providers.
- Configuring attendance machines with real IP and DDNS port forwarding techniques.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, antiviruses and Firewall fundamentals
- Previous work in point of sales IT works is preferred.
- Working on ERP systems, especially Odoo is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Computer science is preferred
- Experience in the same position 4:6 years
