Job Description
- The Project Controls Manager to oversees, monitor and control the construction and engineering processes for many projects.
- Track and coordinate the progress of the projects on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-track.
- Control scope, time, cost, quality and risk to assure the project’s stakeholder's satisfaction and organization revenue and profitability for projects.
- To make sure the team makes progress and meets goals while collaborating with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and Superintendents of the Projects.
Job Requirements
- Established technical candidate with a strong construction background who would be able to control a diverse portfolio of projects for a Grade A General Contractor
- BSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a requirement
- PMP certification is a bonus
