Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience
- Fully aware of finishing materials and constantly familiar with modern materials.
- Has experience in inventory and extracts works.
- Experience with follow-up and implementation of internal and external finishing works for villas and luxury residential buildings according to special specifications and approved plans.
- Enjoying high administrative capabilities and good decision-making.
- Preferably owns a car and a resident of October or Sheikh Zayed
