Job Description
- Planning and day-to-day running of construction project
- Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues
- Generating reports
- Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification
- Communicate with the site manager/rest of the site team and assist with the organising of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials / plant required and sub-contract management
- Managing the design documents supplied by the client
- Reporting progress and other updates back to clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in architectural engineering
- 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in Site Construction work
- Strong management and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized
