Job Description

| Build and maintain authentic, long-term partnerships with content creators who align with our brand values |
| Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key influencers to discuss performance, upcoming campaigns, and partnership opportunities |
| Serve as primary point of contact for all influencer communications and relationship management |
| Strategic Outreach & Acquisition |
| Execute comprehensive influencer outreach campaigns across multiple platforms and demographics |
| Research and analyze potential partnership opportunities using data-driven selection criteria |

| Campaign Management & Execution |
| Negotiate contracts, deliverables, compensation structures, and campaign timelines |
