Job Description

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential influencers across micro, mid-tier, and mega categories
Build and maintain authentic, long-term partnerships with content creators who align with our brand values
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key influencers to discuss performance, upcoming campaigns, and partnership opportunities
Serve as primary point of contact for all influencer communications and relationship management
Strategic Outreach & Acquisition
Execute comprehensive influencer outreach campaigns across multiple platforms and demographics
Research and analyze potential partnership opportunities using data-driven selection criteria
Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies to expand our influencer network
Maintain active pipeline of prospective influencer partnerships
Campaign Management & Execution
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, compensation structures, and campaign timelines
Create detailed influencer briefs ensuring brand consistency and campaign objectives alignment
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and product teams
Oversee campaign execution from conception through delivery and performance analysis
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on comprehensive campaign ROI and influencer performance metrics
Monitor key performance indicators including engagement rates, conversion metrics, and brand sentiment
Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities and best practices
Provide data-driven recommendations for future campaign improvements
Platform & Community Management
Manage and moderate brand-related Discord communities and influencer channels
Facilitate meaningful interactions between influencers and brand community members
Oversee Discord events, collaborations, and exclusive content opportunities
Ensure consistent brand voice and community guidelines across all platforms
Database & Systems Management
Maintain comprehensive influencer database including demographics, performance metrics, pricing, and relationship status
Utilize influencer management platforms and analytics tools to streamline operations
Generate regular reports on partnership performance and network growth
Implement systems for efficient campaign tracking and relationship management

Job Requirements

Experience & Expertise

Fluent English Speaker

3+ years of proven experience managing successful influencer marketing campaigns

Demonstrated expertise across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter)
Strong background in Discord community management and engagement strategies

Core Competencies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Advanced negotiation abilities with demonstrated contract management experience
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ROI measurement and data interpretation

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media analytics and influencer marketing platforms
Experience with CRM systems and database management
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization

Experience in affiliate marketing and partnership programs
Background in content creation or social media management
Multilingual capabilities for international influencer outreach
Knowledge of FTC guidelines and influencer marketing compliance
